I snapped this photo of my cousin when she was visiting recently. She's grossly absorbed in "Holt Magazine," a publication from adoption agency Holt International (gotta love her for it!). Let's pray that children even at the younger fringes of this generation will catch the vision of showing hope to orphans!
My other little cousin (sister to the one pictured) also came out with a funny line during their visit. She said very seriously to me: "Annie, I know you want to adopt a baby orphan someday." There was a long pause, then she crossed her arms and looked at me helpfully. "Maybe someday I'll adopt one and give it to you!"
Future adoptive parents are always in the making!
